No. The file is read in your browser. Only monthly totals (cents per category, tender and tax line) are sent to your account, so no client names, emails or sale details ever reach us.

One entry per studio per month, dated the last day of the month. Payments go to a clearing account by tender, revenue goes to the accounts you map, and tax, tips and gift card liability get their own lines. Deposits are matched in QuickBooks against the clearing account, never booked as income.

No. There is no live sync. You export a report from your studio software, we build the file, and you import it with the QuickBooks Online Import data screen. We never ask for either login.

Yes. Upload several months and build one entry per month. Free includes one month's import file download per account, forever; Studio and Bookkeeper include unlimited months, history included.

It will not build. The review screen shows the difference and likely causes. If you choose to park the gap, it goes to an explicit suspense line that records who approved it and when.

No. Studio Month-End is bookkeeping software. You choose every account and approve every entry before you import it, and you check the tie-out against your own reports and bank deposits.
