About Studio Month-End

Studio Month-End is built and run by F&S VENTURES LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company.

Studio bookkeeping has a monthly chore that nobody enjoys: the studio software reports sales by category and payment type, and the books want a journal entry. Retyping it is slow, and the numbers are easy to get wrong when tax, tips and gift cards are mixed in. We built a tool that does that one job and nothing else.

It does not connect to your studio software or to your accounting software, and it never asks for either login. You export a report, we build a journal entry file, and you import it yourself. Because the file is read in your browser, the report with your clients' details never leaves your computer.

We are not an accounting firm and this is not accounting, tax or legal advice. You choose every account and approve every entry. We are also not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mindbody or Intuit; we use their product names only to describe what the file works with.
